Terms & Conditions of ViaDance Enrolment

  1. FEES

Fees are debited through our direct debit service EziDebit. Direct debit application form will be emailed shortly after enrolment is filled and is to be completed within 7 days. Students will attend classes from the date which the enrolment form is filled and payment for said class/es will be added to debits upon payment set-up. In the case of a lost or expired credit card attached to your account, you must notify your child's instructor as soon as possible. If a payment fails we will attempt to re-debit amount in 3 business days. If payment fails again we will attempt to add the amount overdue to your next debit. After all attempts made and the payment is still not received you will be contacted to arrange a solution.

2. CANCELATION

In the event of a cancellation of enrolment we require that you provide 14 days notice via email so that we are able to finalise your account. The payment will continue to be deducted until we are notified of cancelation and a refund will not be provided.

3. MISSED CLASSES

In the event of a student's absence we require 24 hours notice via email to amend debit payments. If required notice is not given you will still be charged for lesson/s missed.

3. PHOTOGRAPHS

ViaDance has permission to take photographs/videos of children to be displayed within their centre and to be sent home for mid-year reports. Further permission for photographs is asked in enrolment form and will be used accordingly.

4. MAKE UP LESSONS

In the rare event that an instructor can not attend your child/ren's lesson the length of the next two lessons will be extended to 45 minutes (15 minutes extra) to make up for the 30 minutes missed.
