Our classes begin with Sharing Time. This is an opportunity to get to know each other better. We then have a full body warm up which is essential to warm up our muscles before dancing. After warming up we have a fun beneficial game relating to the class. Following this activity we teach the class 8-16 counts of a dance routine that they will learn and rehearse throughout the year leading up to our mid-year class display or the end of year performance!
